Dear Sportsman and Sportswoman,

We are once again having our annual 50-Gun Calendar Raffle this year. In years past, you would have received two tickets with this letter, one for you and one to share with someone else. But, things change, and so we are making every effort to keep up with the current state laws and regulations when it comes to running our raffles. Therefore, we will not be sending tickets to you, but you will have two options for participating in this year’s raffle.

The first option is purchasing raffle tickets securely online through our website, www.stmarysrc.com or by following the link on the QR code below. We have created a safe and secure payment portal where you can purchase tickets. Once you fill out the information and purchase a ticket(s), your ticket will be printed here at the parish and added to the drawing. We will send you the ticket stub(s) through the email you provide from your purchase as confirmation of that process. The tickets purchased online will be exactly the same size as all the other printed tickets.

The second method of purchasing a ticket is in person. We will have a number of printed tickets available for purchase at the church and parish office. Once you have filled out the ticket and submitted payment, you will keep your ticket stubs, and the tickets will be added to the drawing.

As in previous years, the same setup for the drawing will be used. Tickets will be drawn every week, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday for twenty-five consecutive weeks. The first drawing will take place on Thursday, January 1st. After each drawing, the winners will be notified by phone and then have their names posted on our parish website. Once a ticket is drawn, it will be returned to the bin for the next drawing.

When your ticket is chosen for a gun, you will be contacted by phone and given instructions as to how to obtain your prize. If you choose the gun, we will connect you to Moe’s Hardware Hank in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. If you choose the money, we will inform you how you will receive your prize.

The proceeds from this drawing will be used to support Catholic education here at Saint Mary’s Parish. If you wish to know more about our Catholic school, please consult our parish website or give us a call.
